Summary:

Dear Team,

The Business requirement is HR user should get FYI Notification only on Leave withdrawal approval and should not get Notification on Leave application approval.

Please find the current Process:

  • The Employee will apply for an Annual Leave by adding an absence under Me -> Absences.
  • Then the Line Manager of the employee will get Approval Notification and the Line Manager can approve or reject the Leave application of his direct.
  • After Line Manager's Action either Approval/Rejection of Leave application, the HR user is getting an FYI Notification that Line Manager has approved/rejected the Leave application of particular employee.
