How to make implementer as proxy user for all employees in bulk

Hi,


For some cases we need to login using another user's account and observe some screens. So we use proxy and the employees have to enter the implementer as proxy in each time, what we need is to make implementer a default proxy for all employees.


Is it possible to create an implementer as proxy for all employees in bulk?
