Is Under completed check box in work order available for Contract Manufacturing Scenario?

I see in the Release Readiness material for 22C that there is a check box for Under completing work orders and the checkbox shows up in Supply Planning also.

we have contract manufacturing driven by Supply Planning in our case. I do not see this checkbox in Work Orders created in Contract Manufacturing org from Planning.

Can we do something to enable this feature for Contract Manufacturing?
