Hi Oracle Team,

We have a requirement in Career Development Goal, where the User should be able to submit the development goal If the "ONLY" Goal Completion percentage is equal to 100.

And User should not be able to submit If it is less than 100%.

Current Behaviour: The user can submit the development goal currently even if the goal completion percentage is less than 100%.

Expected Behavior: The user should be able to submit the development goal only if the value provided in the development goal completion status is 100%.

Please provide a solution we have upcoming UAT sessions.
