Filter PER_EXT_PAY_EMPLOYEES_V2_UE to get the assignments of employees with payroll results only

Summary:

Our custom HCM Extract contains the following UEs (per hierarchy):

1. PAYROLL ACTIONS RANGE UE (Root Data Group)

2. PAYROLL REL ACTIONS RANGE UE (Connected to #1 by PAYROLL ACTION IDENTIFIER)

3. PER_EXT_PAY_EMPLOYEES_V2_UE (Connected to #2 DG by Payroll Relationship ID)

The employee details being extracted on PER_EXT_PAY_EMPLOYEES_V2_UE also includes inactive assignments but adding filter criteria to exclude inactive assignments is our last option since there might be inactive assignments with payroll results on the given date range.

Would like to confirm the following:

1. Is there a way to filter PER_EXT_PAY_EMPLOYEES_V2_UE to get the assignments of employees with payroll results only?
