Update Item structure revision in Work Order

I have updated the revision of Item structure for a particular item as follows:

I ran "Process Item Structure changes to Work Definition" process and then tried creating work order for the same item, but I could not see the updated revision of Item structure in the Work Order (Revision still shows 0).

How do we see that change being reflected in the Work Order?
