Can we submit timesheet in hours and minutes

Hi Team,
We have a requirement to submit timesheet in hours and minutes rather than decimal numbers or start time and end time. I don't see such option in Time Layout Set. Is it possible, kindly confirm.

Below is the screen-shot of Responsive UI Layout of Time Layout Set. It gives only below options: hours only, hours and times, start and end time. Decimal places can also be selected, however we want to submit time in hours and minutes. Could you please confirm if this is possible.
