Don't see actions in person spotlight

Why I don't see any action in the person spotlight- employment info

Content (required):

When I get into employment info on person spotlight I don't see anything on action ( nothing but a white square ) please refer to the first print screen.

I look at the documentation and saw that I need to make it visible at - sandbox - structure- my client group.

Well, it is visible there but still, I can't see anything at the actions
