Unable to see future dated hires assignment information via Responsive UI

Summary: HR users are not able to see the assignment information of future dated hires.

Content (required):

When searching for future dated hires, HR users are able view the person via advanced search (change effective date) in employment info page but when accesing assignment info shows "You don't have access to this worker's assignment info. They are able to see the future dated hires in the classic Person Management screen.

We have checked the custom role and it has the following:

Role Name: View Future assignment Changes role

data resource: Person Work terms assignment

Privilege: View Future Assignment Changes

Is there anything else that needs to be added for them to view the future assignment? Our other roles that have view all are not experiencing the issue.
