Connect Private ATP database to SQL Developer using Cloud Wallet

Summary: Connect Private ATP database to SQL Developer using Cloud Wallet


Content (required): We have configured ATP database in a Private Subnet and RDP in a Public subnet, Both the subnets are in a different VCN's.

So we connected both VCN's using Local Peering Gateway, I am able to connect to RDP instance hosted in a Private subnet from the Public subnet.

I am able to connect to Private ATP Database IP using telnet.

But I am not able to connect Private ATP database to SQL Developer using Cloud Wallet. getting the below error.

I have connected using Local peering Gateway, Security list allowed, Security group allowed, configured IGW, NAT gateway in Public and Private subnets, Added IGW, LPG, NAT in route rules... Please help us if I miss anything.
