How to search Manufacturer attributes enabled with Apps Composer (22C)

Looking for how to enable search for the newly created fields for Manufacturers as part of the new Extend Manufacturer data in 22C

Content (required):

When defining new fields in Apps Composer, you can define the Constraints, including if the field is searchable. However, I cannot find a way to search on this from the standard Manage Manufacturer screen in PD.
