Summary:

Custom Alert for due date not working as expected.

We have created 3 DFF in course level to capture the days before due date to send three reminders.

In our case the due date is on 28/09/2022 but all three reminders get triggered on 21/09/2022, please let us know if all our tokens and conditions are correct

1st reminder should sent - 10 days before due date as per course DFF Configuration

2nd reminder should sent - 5 days before due date as per course DFF Configuration

3rd reminder should sent - 1 day before due date as per course DFF Configuration
