Summary: Employee Acknowledgement required for attributes to change on the front end post approvals


Content (required): In transactions like Transfer, Promotion & Add Assignment (especially any transaction that is accompanied with changes in salary, job & location attributes); Employee must acknowledge the changes made. Only after this step the changes should reflect on the front end. However, we cannot make the Employee as the topmost approver in the chain since that dilutes the Organizational Hierarchy and importance of approvals by executives.
