Overtime Fast Formula, based on employee working hours

Summary:

Currently the Fast Formula that Oracle has provided to calculate Overtime hours, we need to into the Threshold hours in the Rules.

Is there a way we can get this threshold from the employee working hours.

This way we can attached the same Calculation Rule for all employee irrespective of what the Threshold is.

Has anyone developed something like this or is there are way we can query the working hours.
