One of our prospective customer is currently on IP20.5 and are planning to upgrade or enable Cloud Native Environment on their On-Premises Data Center.

Is Siebel CNE certified or compatible on Non-OCI Platforms too (Other clouds or On-Prem Data Centers)

Do they need to update from IP20.5 to IP22.x?
