FCCS: NotConsolidation elimination is doubled at proportion level instead of being eliminated

Hi All

we are seeing double elimination data for a notConsolidated ownership change. The Proportion should be zero, but we are seeing the data doubled instead.

This was working find last month, but not right now. This is a standard Application. We are only seeing this problem with this client app.

Can someone let me know what could be causing this duplication at the proportion level?
