Export/Import Orchestration Process

Ideal process to export Orchestration process to another Instance for specific Orchestration process

Content (required):

I am trying to export Orchestration process to another Instance. I have few questions about the Process . I have more than 20 Orchestration process in source Instance but I would like to export selected processes.

Can I export all the process and modify the Zip file ? I have faced CSV file format change error with this process.

Export empty Template and fill in the required Processes ? There is a sheet in zip file called ORA_DOO_ORCHESTRATION_PROCESS_RULE_DICTIONARY we supposed to export as it is ? or are changes required in this?
