how to hide a tile for particular role

We have a requirement that, We need to hide a tile for one particular role. For ex: we have 10 different roles who have access to that link and 1 shouldn't have access to link or tile. How do we achieve this using EL expression. Instead of mentioning all the roles in EL expression can we write which role doesn't require access to link.
