Report to show Employees Not Paid in the Last 6 Months

Summary:

I am trying to work out Casual employees that have not been paid in the last 6 months.

I can get employees that were paid over 6 months ago, but this also shows employees that were paid less than 6 months ago.

Content (required):

I need to provide 
Person Number
Assignment Number
Name
Location Name
Date Earned (Date Last Paid greater than 6 months ago)

I need to exclude any employees that were paid less than 6 months ago

Attached is my current code, but can't work out how to produce only employees not paid in the last 6 months.

Any advise appreciated.
