Qualification Analysis Report - What's the difference between "Qualified" and "Originating", under section "Item Structure Component Analysis"

Content (required):

I did some test on Tariff Shift and it worked very well, which was great. However in the analysis report, the parent was marked as "Qualified"="Yes" but "Originating"="No". May I understand the difference between the two? Attached please find the report.
