Cost for existing item on concept structure

Summary:

Customer Elida beauty wants to reuse existing items as components in their concept structures. Cost roll up for the concept structure is a critical measure for them when evaluating the concept structure. When adding an item to the concept structure no material costs, non material cost or non recurring costs are populated from PDH and I cannot see any mapping available from PDH for these fields and they are not editable so they cannot be manually entered for an existing item.

Workaround would be to convert the actual item to a concept component and enter the values manually, issue is that when the concept structure is converted a duplicate of the existing item would be created in PDH.
