We would like to know if there is a way to configure an offering to not allow users to withdraw (self-service) after the publish end date (which is how we establish the enrollment period).

We would like to know if there is a way to configure an offering to not allow users to withdraw (self-service) after the publish end date. Some of our ILT courses require learners to complete pre-work that comes at a cost for us - we are having learners complete the pre-work and then drop from the class last minute and we would like to avoid that if possible.
