Extending Oracle fusion HCM pages

Hello,

Can we personalize using VBCS existing HCM pages that are built using ADF?

Or can VBCS be used only for new modules/pages in HCM that were built using VB?

Also, is there a way partners can learn more if we dont have an Oracle Test environment?
