groups in My service page

Summary:

I have created a group in my services to provide access to multiple users eg. service admin etc, and I can see the users is getting access in my service page, however when I check in FCCS that user still do not have access

hello everyone, has anyone created groups in my services to provide access to users as a group eg. service admin etc, because I have created a group and provided the group a service admin access, and I can see the users is getting access in my service page, however when I check in FCCS that user still do not have access, has anyone encountered this issue?
