Date match formula errors when I run the report.

I need this to work as its an exception report for the team. Can anyone please assist with this?

Content (required):

I have added a formula to flag matched and unmatched Statutory Absence Service Date and Continuous Service Date.

Both date fields come from different subject areas and have been joined by measures from each subject area as below:
