Need to delete component from Item Structure

Summary:

I need to delete a component from the Item Structure.

Content (required):

We have a Delete Group called "ZV Item Structure Component Delete" and my component has a status of "Ready for Deletion". However, the Submit button is grayed out. See attached screenshot. What am I missing? How does this process work?

I'm testing this in a DEV environment but is needed for production.
