Which attribute on Item Master will allow or not allow to have Cost (Costing Enabled???)

Hello Friends,

I am looking for an attribute on Item Master which you can use to decide whether Cost (standard Cost) can be added or not.

I tried by using Costing Enabled as NO but still I see this Item appears into Cost Scenario>Manage Standard Cost.
