Can i create a VS with same logic over tables used by LOCATION_DETAILS guessing FND_TIMEZONES_F as LOCATION_DETAILS_F (UI is populated).
We are not populating TZ codes on PER_ADDRESSES_F and wondering if Oracle is creating TZ within WS>Location_Detail UI?
