Oracle delivered e-signature and legal validity
Summary:
We have client who wants to know whether e-signature feature in Oracle Journey where by Electronic Signature Stamp details are captured e.g. IP Address, Date and Time, Name on the document is this legally accepted ? Has someone come across this question previously and how this was dealt with. As this may be issue with other EMEA clients too.
