Delete Assignment ADF_FACES-60097 Error

Summary:

Hi,

When I am trying to delete an assignment for an employee under the traditional UI, it just refreshes the page but the assignment is still there.

I tried navigating to the RUI under Employment Info. When I hit delete, it gives me this error:

After I click Ok, and tries to delete again, it gives me this error:

Anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it? Note that I tested the delete assignment function with a few other employees and I was able to delete those as intended.
