I am creating supplier in 22c Fusion using external supplier registration link .Post registration is submitted & approved I see supplier creation in error which I can see using Manage Supplier registration request .Post clicking error i see below details

Error - Youre not allowed to add/change customer address. Please reach out to your Sales Admin for assistance

Any idea reason for error and how to solve it?
