Benefits Enrollment Real Time Subject Area not pulling for future dated enrollments

Hi All! We just completed Open Enrollment and tried running a report based on the above Subject area and we are only able to pull current year. Is this how the subject area is designed?

We just completed Open Enrollment and tried running a report based on the above Subject area and we are only able to pull current year. Is this how the subject area is designed? We've tried adding filters on coverage start, end, and through dates but no data appears.
