Screen Reader Accessibility Setting - How it works

Hello,

Our customer is interested in the Screen Reader feature - available under "Accessibility Settings" - to enhance the User Experience when using HCM. However, he's struggling in understanding how it works. We didn't find any clear documentation to share with in order to ease the comprehension of it.

Do you have any useful documentation, use case or handbook that describes how Screen Reader should work?
