In our customer part of the checklist the new employee will start to do still when he is pending worker and part of the checklist the new employee will do after he arrive at his first Day

1. should we give them a different Role at his first day?
2. i see there is a pending worker role ( i assume this role should be given for a pending worker --> is it comes automatically to the pending worker?
3. at the converstion point should we replace the pending worker role with the employee role?
