SOAP Fault Code: soap-env:MustUnderstand, Fault String: One or more mandatory SOAP header blocks...

Summary:

We are invoking an On-Prem SAP SOAP Endpoint from OIC w/ On-Prem Agent linked to the connection (successfully configured & tested). When the integration runs, it encounters an error "ault Code: soap-env:MustUnderstand, Fault String: One or more mandatory SOAP header blocks not understood". The same SOAP Endpoint is working if invoked/tested thru SOAPUI.

I went thru the Agent Logs and found the diagnostics logs with below being sent by OIC as part of the header (this isn't part of the mapper at all, OIC is generating this at invocation):
