how to add a manager email as cc in a bursting report sql

I have a report which i'm trying to schedule, but i'm stuck at the cc part. i need to add the manager in the cc field. below is my sql, how do get the manager value added to this sql?

basically what i need in this sql is to add another value in the select statement to get the manager's email. i'm not too sure how to add the appropriate table and where to join them.
