Is there a delay in the data recording for FND_SESSIONS

Content (required):

We created a report to get the user count of accesses, using FND_SESSIONS. We ran it for 3 days, and today we have a big count of user accesses - twice to 3 times the count of each previous days. Thing is, the day just started.

The system time is 2 hours earlier than our time ; still, we are pretty sure people didn't connect at 10 PM, especially for the numbers we get in the report.

Do you know why we get this 'overcount' - is there a delay maybe somewhere in data recording?
