Contract Terms tab not displaying for generated BPA from contract fulfillment

Content (required):

I've created a Contract and generated a BPA for this contract as fulfillment. I'm expecting that when i go to the actual BPA the Contract Terms tab will appear with the associated contract. However contract terms tab was not showing.

My question is when will this Contract Terms tab will appear? And aside to the reference number column how can the Buyer that managing the BPA can view/review the contract associated to this document?
