Employment Info quick action issues

Hello,

we are configuring responsive UI.

However, in the Employment Info quick action I cannot see the Actions button with the list of available options and also the employee names do not appear (please, see the attached screen).

What could it depend on? Also with administrators having seeded role cannot see them. Should I add new privileges?

We have already enabled HCM_RESPONSIVE_PAGES profile options.

What's missing?
