Person address data not displaying for user - BI report

I created one BI report and it has SSN and person details including address. When I ran the report, it shows all the details.

When user ran it, the address fields are blank. Please advise me which role needs to be added to get access to this data?

I verified and the user had the below roles.

View Person Address data only
