Summary:

Use case: Currently using Process Manufacturing Work Definitions. Evaluating to switch to Discrete Manufacturing . Wanted to know the recommended way to accomplish this. There are no bi-products in our scenario (onle on output Product) so no issues from that perspective. To create a new Discrete Work Definition only option we see is to create a New WD name and define Discrete WD using that name. Assign Production priority and Costing priority of 1 to this newly defined work definition.

Want to know if the is the best way to accomplish this and of any issues anticipated in converting from Process WD to Discrete WD this way.

Howdy, Stranger!
