How are scheduled processes related to converting CWK's to NWK's

Summary:

We have a requirement to convert Contingent workers in Nonworkers.

And that they should retain the access they had before the conversion.

Long story short this is the requirement that we have.

There was a requirement that a person not be active in the system as a CWK and NWK at the same time so this is the sequence we came up with.

The sequence of steps is as follows

1: Term Work relationship as the day before they are converted as non workers

2: Add Nonworker work relationship on conversion day.

Only a couple of roles have been Auto-Provisioned and all other roles will eventually be given through one IM.
