Schedule Ship date is not considering lead time of a purchased part in a CTO model

Summary:

Processing days is 33, post processing is 1 day for a purchased part "Item1". When this purchased part is ordered separately SSD is calculating right i.e Order date+34 days. But when this option is chosen as a part of a CTO model, processing days are not considered only the fixed lead time available for a model is considered.

Is this the expected functionality? Does GOP not consider the processing days of a purchase part in a CTO model?
