Active assignment not displayed in Administer Worker and Person Management tasks

Hello experts,

an employee has two active assignments but the primary one is not displayed when looking for the employee from Administer Workers and Person Management tasks.

However, the assignment record appears only when assigning managers to employee.

In other words, I cannot see the assignment in the third screen.

How can I make that assignment visible? It's important to be displayed for workforce compensation campaign.
