How to display meal breaks on responsive UI timesheet?

Summary:

We are currently implementing Time and Labor in Oracle fusion and will have 22D applied next weekend. I do not see a way for employees to capture their Meal Break (Out and In) on their timesheet. We are not using web clock.

Content (required): If you are not capturing meal breaks, how do you comply with state laws that require breaks after a certain period of time.
