Can HR Help Desk support external 3rd party requests?
Can 3rd parties (i.e., external to the organisation and not stored as Workers in the system) create HR Help Desk requests?
We have a use case where external parties such as Banks and Rental Agents need to raise a request for information about employees or ex-employees. E.g., to support reference checks. If they send an email to an email address that is associated with HR Help Desk, will this create a ticket and send an acknowledgement email to the email address that has sent the email?
