Server-side refresh not working on ERP connections

We have the excel reference doclets with connections to Oracle FCCS and Oracle Cloud ERP. We are able to make the server-side refresh for the FCCS linked doclets but are not able to do the same for Oracle Cloud ERP?

Please help to provide insights on this. Does the server-side refresh work for the ERP connections or just for the EPM and if not, what could be best way to tackle refreshing of such doclets.
