Is it possible to change the color of the "Redwood Experience"?

Summary:

We have the Redwood Experience turned on in Test, if we turn it on for Prod it would be nice to use a different color

Content (required):

We turned on the Redwood experience for appearance some time ago in our test region and it has been great to have such a different appearance to TEST vs PROD. Eventually we would like to turn this on in PROD, but we have not found any way to influence the colors like you could under the old "Theme" setting prior to Redwood.

Does anyone know of a way to change the color pallet for the Redwood Experience?
