Attribute based planning for dependent demand

Summary:

We are loading Planning attribute value for ABP for forecast. Now, When forecast is exploded and dependent demand is generated in the system, Is the planning attribute value will be copied from the top level as well so that same Planning attribute is available at all Levels and same subnetting rule can be applied at all the levels
