How to split Vacation Rules for multiple periods

Hi Experts,

We have a requirement:

User should be able to split vacation rules and delegate different people.

For example,

Person 'A' delegating Person 'B' from the period 01-11-2022 to 02-11-2022 and Person 'A' should be able to delegate Person 'C' from the period 03-11-2022 to 04-11-2022.

Currently, I'm unable to create different rules as mentioned above. How can I achieve this?

Has anyone come across this scenario?
